Terms and Conditions​

  • Rates are subject to change without notice.  

  • Deposit secures your booking.50% de

  • Balance payable prior to check in.

  • Max 6 guests, kids over 3 years included.

  • Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of proof of payment

Minimum stay required

  • Minimum Stay Required: 

  • 2 nights in weekdays (Monday - Thursday)

  • 2 nights over weekends

  • 7 nights in December - January

  • Should you stay longer than 7 days, cleaning services will be available with no extra cost.

Breakage Policy

R 700 breakage deposit fee (Breakage deposit refundable within 7 working days should there be no damages, breakages or losses)​

Cancellation Policy

  •  No refunds - date changes welcome

  • Date changes are most welcome. If you have a weekend booking and cannot make it, we will gladly change it to another weekend.

  • If you have a mid-week booking and cannot make it, we will gladly change it to another mid-week.

Pet Policy

  • Pets welcome

  • R200 pet booking.

  • Please bring own pet beds/bedding/couch throws

  •  Pet owners are kindly requested to ensure the property is cleaned of any dog poo before departure​

House Rules

  • Max occupancy 6 guests in total, kids over 2 included,

  • We do not cater / accommodate day visitors, only the guests as per booking allowed,

  • NO PARTIES – NO MUSIC TO BE PLAYED OUTSIDE (as we have permanent residents as neighbours which we need to respect and do not want them to complain),

  • Music inside the house allowed till 21h00 (Please also keep the neighbours in mind when playing music inside the house)

  • Please ensure the garden and property are cleaned from any dog poo before departure,

  • Thursday is refuge removal, please put the bins out early on a Thursday morning,

  • Please use provided ashtrays outside for your cigarette buds, do not throw it in the garden,

  • Please use bins for bottle caps and empty tins and bottles,

  • Please no smoking inside the house,

  • Please bring own beach towels, do not use the house bathroom towels for swimming,

  • No animals allowed on beds/furniture (please bring your own doggy bed),

  • Check in is between 15h00-18h00,

  • Check out is 10h00,

  • Kindly please leave the house in the same condition as you have received it,

  • Please ensure all doors are locked at night before going to bed,
