The second bathroom is shared with this bedroom, and the third and fourth bedroom which is fitted with a double and two single beds respectively. The guest bathroom is situated at the entrance of the hallway and has a shower as well. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large pantry and butler's kitchen that contains a washing machine and a tumble dryer. There is an outside coutryard with a washing line and an outdoor sink. This outdoor coutyard has a gate that connects to the front balcony overlooking the beach. The living room has a working fireplace and leads into the media room with a SmartTV and a large, modular couch.
