WEST COAST GETAWAY
ST. HELENA BAY
A TRUE WEST COAST EXPERIENCE
St. Helena Bay is a typical South African, West Coast town with all facets of a holiday village. It is in a secluded bay and is ideal for fishing, swimming and diving. This is the only town on the West Coast where the sun rises and set over the sea. The beach is part sandy part rocky and suitable for long walks. The clear, calm waters of the bay is ideal for swimming, boating, windsurfing, kayaking, fishing, diving and watching whales. Whales are mating and give birth between August and November in the bay and are spotted quite often. Large numbers of dolphins can be seen from time to time. Birdlife is rich and offers several species. In spring time the wildflowers is a must see. The view over the bay is breathtaking and on a sunny day the Piketberg mountains are visible. Come and enjoy our special and unspoilt nature while staying in one of our self-catering units.
